Sailing departure times: For the 4-night cruise, check in on Mondays from 11-11:45 a.m. (departure is at 12:15 p.m.); return on Friday of that week at 10 a.m. For the 7-night cruise, check in on Fridays from 1:30-2:30 p.m. (departure is at 3 p.m.); return on the following Friday at 10 a.m.

Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. This definitely ranks in the top of all the vacations we've ever been on. It was so nice to have everything included--we were never charged anything additional for a number of amazing excursions. But what really made it the best was the staff. They constantly went out of their way to make this the best vacation ever!

We enjoyed our cruise but would definitely give a heads up on some things for future cruisers. We loved the small cruise ship experience but if you've ever been on a large cruise ship this is not the same. You won't have the same amenities & we found 7 days a bit too long for the accommodations. We would recommend the 4 day cruise-you get their private island experience & visiting a Fijian school which were the 2 highlights for us. The staff was amazing & so accommodating. The room was very small-none of them have balconies-& the bathroom had a 24/7 urine odor that was extremely unpleasant. In speaking to other guests it was hit & miss if you were one of the unlucky ones to have a smelly bathroom:( It was interesting that the cruisers they seem to attract are older because it is a very hard ship to get in & out of for excursions. They only have small tender boats to take you to & from shore & during rough seas it is a scary experience to transfer from the ship to the tenders. Many of us had a difficult time. If you don't have good upper body strength you will find it very difficult. They definitely feed you well! Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner & desserts. We never went hungry. Overall, we really enjoyed the majority of our experience but would definitely recommend the 4 day cruise.

This is the best way to visit the small islands in Fiji. TravelZoo voucher was a great value for the money, if I would have paid more, I would have been disappointed because ship was showing signs of wear and tear, food on board very ordinary and the non motorized sports, especially paddle boards, equipment was defective (paddle did not have upper part, so I was paddling with half a paddle which was totally unacceptable)

They should definitely upgrade this ship and put shower curtains in bathrooms. NOT user friendly taking a shower with water going everywhere in small bathroom

This was a wonderful cruise and the Fijian people are so warm and friendly - a beautiful trip! But I must warn anyone that is prone to motion sickness that this boat is very small and even though we had great weather the South Pacific Ocean can be rough, just take your meds BEFORE you get on the boat and continue whether you think you need them or not. Enjoy this wonderful trip!!
