This was our first visit to Aruba. The hotel is lovely, LEED certified, and beautifully maintained. The staff is caring and diligent. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, has a magical adult-only infinity pool, and huge pool complex. It has all the bells & whistles- restaurants, gift shop, gym, pool bar, free parking, etc. Ocean view suites had amazing sunset views. The beach is ok. We explored a different beach every day as we rented a car for the week.

The check-in experience wasnt great, the lady was rude when i asked a question and repeaterd herself 3 times as if i didnt understand. The room was clearn and great, view was ok, we paid $200 extra for oceanview but the ocean was 4 blocks away so its not a very accurate description. We didnt get room service daily but when we asked for things from the cart the lady was willing to help. Rooms were clean but floors could use a good deep scrubbing, had to wear my shoes everywhere. Departure experience was terrible. We were quoted $1642 ($1299 Travelzoo voucher and $342 in taxes) and at checkout we were charged $410 in taxes (extra ~$75) which the front desk had no explanation for (we spoke to Ghyslaine and Mr John Beauplan (?), both of which were in supervisory positions, none of which could help or explain the discrepancy leaving us with a bad experience at the end of our trip. Breakfast was a BIG 0/10. Would not recommend breakfast at this hotel at all!! Need to improve that feature. Send your crew to a Radisson Blu in India to learn what a real breakfast is like. This restaurant and breakfast does not live up to the Radisson Blu name at all.

I was impressed with the hotel. Our 2 bedroom suite was huge and perfectly laid out. The beds were heaven too. We stayed for 5 nights and loved that it was not crowded at all. The live music at the pool bar and breakfast was great. The Marriott Resort and Ritz up the beach looked so crowded. I was very happy with our choice to stay here, the value is clear. You do have a very short walk to beach (or get a 2 min cart ride). They have chairs at the beach and drink service too. The pool could be warmer. Staff was wonderful.

I had trouble booking the voucher with the hotel as they seemed unfamiliar with Travelzoo. It’s the first time that has happened and we have used many vouchers at inns and hotels in the past. The Travelzoo staff was very helpful in dealing with the Radisson Blu, I remember Linda as being one who was very helpful. Once there we received a complimentary upgrade to an oceanview suite and had no problems at all during our stay. The staff was outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful, and the facility was extremely clean and well maintained.

Beautiful place. Not too busy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast outstanding. To address issues others have brought up. The infinity pool is now working and it was great. It is better not to be right on the beach as it is busier there and the walk is just a few minutes and there is a shuttle if you need it. Room decor minimalist but need that being near the beach with sand etc. Beds very comfortable with excellent bedding. Has really beautiful tile in bathroom and even though there isn't much counterspace in bathroom there are drawers underneath to put everything so it is actually much better. Microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher in room. City view is fine as the ocean view isn't that great so don't pay extra unless you want a balcony. Drinks at the pool very expensive but they have just added a happy hour which will help a little.

Check in and out were easy and relatively quick. We like the 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit because it gives plenty of space. And we really appreciated the microwave (they didn't have it last year)! Unfortunately, there is no hot water in the bathroom sinks (we ran the shower if we wanted hot water and even that took a while). While the beds are comfortable, the wall in the second bedroom was so thin that I thought sure the window was open (it wasn't). The couch is extremely hard but is the only place to sit other than the kitchen table. We had an island view so there was no balcony (I would not recommend this view). Housekeeping service is excellent. However, restaurant service is poor. We had a free breakfast included (Travelzoo promotion) but it was a buffet. Quite a disappointment! The food was lukewarm at best. Frequently they were out of many of the main dishes. I lived on the fruit and bread all week! The beach shuttle and chairs/umbrellas at the beach are appreciated.

This is our second time at Radisson Blu Aruba. Last year on the same breakfast-included promotion, we ordered breakfast from the menu, and it was consistently good. We ordered only one time from the menu (we used the buffet the other mornings) and it was only OK. I ordered an omelet and nothing else was included. I asked for toast, and it came plain--had to ask for butter. Keep in mind that because service is poor, there is a great deal of time between requests. We have been to Aruba 5 times and plan to return. However, we will be trying a new resort.

This is our first time visiting Aruba, and the island lives up to its slogan, One Happy Island. We were drawn to staying in a new hotel, two bedrooms and two bath, with breakfast included for breakfast our family. We had plenty of space and loved the new beds, the breakfast rooftop view, and the pool area and vibe. We found the walk to the beach to be so easy that we never used the shuttle. Within 3-5 minutes, there’s a huge span of beach and beach bars. Also, the restaurant and shopping area just outside the hotel is easygoing too. Lastly, it’s easy to get a cab at the hotel to restaurants further away. A jeep tour plus our stay at Radisson Blu made our four-day trip complete.

To the hotel staff: we can tell you’re trying hard to provide a great experience. Everyone was friendly and striving to provide great service. Improvements can be made at the breakfast buffet. One sign says service is 7-1. Another sign says 7:30-1. And when we showed up at 7:40 one day ahead of a timed tour reservation, we were told breakfast didn’t start until 8. Once we breakfast, the food is good and ready, but silverware setup and drink service is disjointed. More training and or more staff would help. Also, at the towel station, buy more towels. It didn’t matter what time of day it was; towels were often not available. These details can make or break a stay. Overall facilities are nice. Training, management, and coordination can make the guest experience better.

The concierge was excellent in helping us to book our excursions and restaurants! I needed help with another situation and the front desk staff was attentive! First time in Aruba and we had an amazing experience! Perfect weather - 82 and sunny every day, friendly people and lots to do. The beaches are pristine and the sea was warm considering it was January. Experienced a UTV tour and snorkeling for the first time. Both were incredible and so much fun. We will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Awesome to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as we were traveling with our adult children (22 & 18.). Everyone had space for themselves. The kitchenette also came in handy. There was a mini market steps away and we got some snacks and drinks for the room. The only small cons were that the complimentary breakfast each day was lacking. They ran out of food every day and they were terribly understaffed so it took very long to get coffee, utensils, etc. They also ran out of towels by the pool. They also didn’t provide extra towels in the room unless you asked for them. Otherwise the location was amazing, walking distance to everything. The rooms are what sold it for us. To have that much room for 4 people, especially 2 full baths was incredible. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Aruba!

We noticed the fees paid to the hotel were a little higher than advertised but Travelzoo has been very responsive about investigating and we are waiting to hear back. This hotel is very clean and the grounds are beautiful. Several conversations with other guests indicated it was one of the best properties in Aruba.

The entire staff was amazing. Every body was friendly and accommodating. The grounds, room, pool and restaurant were clean and every breakfast was delicious. The wait staff in the restaurant were very attentive to detail. The location was just close enough to the shopping in Palm Beach but far enough not to hear the noise of the nightlife. The beach is just a short walk or they will shuttle you to a beach that offers chair rentals. We stayed in the 2 bed/2 bath room with island view.

Excellent location and service. The Radisson Blu Aruba is located right in the center of Noord. Easy access to walk to local shops and restaurants. The staff was exceptional, as was the service. The rooms are sparse, but very functional and clean. The food and service for breakfast was outstanding! Shout out to Cesar! The Happy Hour was a great bargain with delicious drinks and service. Shout out to Alba! I will definitely return.
