The Ocean View Junior Suite rooms have zero ocean view. It is definitely not the right value for that amount of money. The Travelzoo Advertisement is very misleading.

This boutique type resort was such a gem! The resort was beautiful and the staff were all amazing. The food was excellent and the property was gorgeous!

It has potential. It could use better management of the property.

Generally speaking, the property was not prepared for guests. There was a lot of construction as the place was being renovated, they were under staffed and the staff was not trained. The room lacked some of the amenities that were promised and the wall outlet came out when I plugged my phone in to charge.

We liked that it was not in a busy area, and it was a great beach to walk on.

The room was not ocean view as expected. We saw the pool and trees and way in the distance was the ocean. Every day, I had to ask housekeeping for 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 bottles of water. The front desk assumed we had a dispenser in our room & that was not the case which was a daily reminder. We wanted to ride the electric bikes but they was no charger on property. The food was mediocre and reservations could only be made day of.

Beautiful beach, beautiful room, lovely resort, exceptional staff, good food. Remote location limited accessibility to rainforest activities. Fitness Center was under renovation , which was disappointing.
