Staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were fabulous. Enjoyed massages. Took shuttle to night market, which was fun. Beach was beautiful. Location was great, we did tons of excursions.

It was fantastic. The staff that work there are amazing, so polite and respectful and will assist where they can. The rooms are clean. We did have one little issue with our shower and they fixed it almost immediately. The location is quiet and peaceful. There are some beach restaurants nearby that are great and one onsite restaurant. The beach is lovely with few people on it. If you are looking for a party environment, this is not where you should go. This is a lovely relaxing and quiet location. We went on a few tours during our stay and again, such great customer service with the tour agencies and the transfer services. One morning we needed to leave at 630am for our tour, the hotel gave us a nice breakfast box. The buffet breakfast,…so good. It’s a long journey for us from Canada, but if I were to come back, I would absolutely come back here.

First trip to Thailand and was very happy. We came during the middle of April to avoid the crowds and was very happy. Great weather, beautiful property and great staff. Going to be sad to leave and would come back again. Next stop Bali with a pool vila bought on Travel zoo too. Such a deal.

We did not realize that the hotel was so far from the town, but it didn’t really matter as there were several small cafes and restaurants just a short walk on the beach away. Not the place to go if you’re looking for nightlife - very laid back vibe. Great food at the buffet breakfast.
We ended up upgrading our room to a deluxe room for an additional $200 for the weak - deceiving that a “superior” room is actually the most basic.
