The only negative is the deal with travelzoo states a daily resort credit of $150. This was very misleading as you could only use certain % towards food and drink. If I had known I may not have booked the deal.

It would hand been great if TravelZoo offered additional nights at the promo rate. This deal was only offered as 3 nights stay, which you could buy twice and combine for total of 6 nights. Would have loved the option of additional night or two nights instead of having to buy an entire 3 night package a second time.

I planned this trip for my eight-year-old and myself for her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay to the point we did not want to leave. Upon arrival, the friendly staff greeted us with champagne and towels for our hands. Check in was smooth. We were stunned when we entered our room. The photos on line were beautiful but they didn’t do the Junior Suite Garden View room justice. It was gorgeous! From the amazing view to the large hammock on the patio and beautiful interior, we couldn’t believe how stunning our room was. We were also assigned two butlers, Ulises and Francisco who were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. Overall service was outstanding. Frida, who works at the front desk, was very helpful. I loved that there were so many pools at the resort, which meant that they were never crowded and there were always umbrellas, chairs and towels available. My daughter loved the pools and the pool waitstaff was very attentive (Elizabeth was great). I can’t wait to visit again. I HIGHLY recommend this resort.

The most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. There is a reason this is a five star resort. Luckily we got here when they were not a lot of kids. However the resort is extremely kid friendly and would recommend it to my niece and nephews. Amazing facility. Will be back!!

The report is very nice but booking with Travelzoo was not. Some of the staff were excellent. Many times the staff just didn’t put in our order. We even had staff enter our room at 11 and 1 o’clock at night. Not a five star resort by any means.

Extremely difficult to book the rooms. The phone numbers directed only to Spanish speaking personnel who hung up on you. Email correspondence was a 24 hour delay, taking 4 entire days to complete reservation. Once we arrived at the hotel, the checking in took almost an hour as they had to use 2 completely different reservations. What was said in the email booking was not corresponded to the checkin desk. We had to haggle fees, taxes, and breakfast (which was supposed to be included). On our last night, the manager found us at dinner, interrupted us, wanting a copy of the Travelzoo vouchers because they misplaced them. I will never use Travelzoo for travel or activities again. You get what you pay for. So many issues with this voucher.

We spent the first half of our honeymoon here in Cabo. The resort is fantastic and the staff is amazing. The room was perfect, bar service was great and every meal we had was awesome. We couldn’t be happier with our time at the resort and will be back again.

If I had to bring something up for the resort to address it would be to give the customers a chance to pay the taxes and fees prior to arrival. When we checked in, Garza Blanca had no knowledge of our reservation. I had an email confirming the reservation but it took over an hour for the check in to be sorted out. This set a frustrating tone from the get go and then the room given was disappointing as well.

It is not as kid friendly as other resorts we have been in.

Overall we had a good experience. I like that it’s not a party scene and it’s very family friendly. I also liked that we didn’t feel pressured to do tours or deal with any of the sales pitch stuff. However, service around the pool and breakfast is a hit or miss. Also, the properly charges an obscene amount of taxes upon arrival that I did not expect. Maybe I missed the fine print? It’s a nice secluded property, but I’m not sure I would go back.

We ful trip a wonderful trip !!!! We Loved everything about Garza Blanca! The service was " Top Notch" , The propertty was impeccable and the rooms are luxurious. The best part was all the pools including the Rooftop pool are heated to a wonderful warm temperature and there is live instrumental ( Violin , saxophone and flute playing around the pool area and restaurants ) We LOVED that ! The food is excellent too. We will only stay at Garza Blanca on our future visits to Cabo.
