Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

There may be limited availability per day at this discounted rate. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment; it will not be charged. Call 970-790-3020 to make an appointment; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Notify Spa Concierge at time of booking if you have high blood pressure, allergies, are pregnant, or have any other major health concerns. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. Please tip on the full value; 20% is customary for good service. Valid for one (1) person. Must use in one (1) visit. Not valid on products. Cannot combine with other offers. Limit one (1) purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts.
