Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.
Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours or more in advance to avoid fess or voucher forfeiture. All "no-shows" will result in voucher forfeiture.

Please Read Before Making Your Appointment: You may request a specific gender or person for your Massage Therapist and/or Aesthetician while booking an appointment. Please notify the Spa concierge before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare the staff far in advance to provide the best possible Spa Treatment or Therapy for you. If there is anything you would like the spa to address, please inform the concierge or service provider. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, allowing you to enjoy the amenities and facilities. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic gratuity of 20% based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers).
