Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.
Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. All "no-shows" will result in voucher forfeiture.

A credit card will be required to hold your appointment; it will not be charged. Call 970-477-8060 to make an appointment; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic gratuity of 22% based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Limit 1 purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Not valid on holidays or holiday weekends (call merchant for specific date restrictions). Valid for 1 person. Not valid on products. Must be of legal age to consume alcohol.
