Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Call 817-778-1800 to make an appointment; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; please tip on the full value. 20% is customary for good service, payable directly to the merchant. Government-issued photo ID may be required. Valid for 1 person. Must be of legal age to consume alcohol. Cannot combine with other offers, including "Exclusive Offers" and "Special Discounts."
