Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: An 8-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. If you cancel or change your reservation in violation of the merchant’s cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Sundays-Thursdays during merchant's operating hours (spa is closed on Tuesdays). Appointments required; subject to availability. Call to make an appointment; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Late arrivals will receive the remainder of the service. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; please tip on full value; 18–20% is customary for Well and Being Spa. Cancellations must be made 8 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Not valid on: Fridays–Saturdays; holidays and holiday weekends.
