Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Sundays-Thursdays during merchant's operating hours (spa is closed on Tuesdays). Appointments required; subject to availability. There may be limited availability per day at this discounted rate. A credit card may be required to hold your appointment. Call 972-668-8930 to make an appointment; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Late arrivals will receive the remainder of the service. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; a 20% service charge, based on the full price of the treatment, will be automatically added for your convenience (paid directly to the merchant). Cancellations must be made 8 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Not valid on: Fridays, Saturdays or holidays and holiday weekends.
