Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid daily during merchant's dinner hours, 5 p.m.–10 p.m. Reservations required; subject to availability. Call to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the restaurant. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, is not included; the gratuity of 22% will be added to the final bill; you are welcome to tip more (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Limit one (1) purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Not valid on holidays and holiday weekends. Limit one (1) voucher per table.
