The food was good and our waitress made good recommendations for our meal. Considering this was a travelzoo deal, I have to say the total cost of the meal seemed overpriced. We went on a Monday and although their bottles of saki were half off, the automatic tip added included a tip for the full price of the saki! Glad we tried it but wouldn’t necessarily go back.

I've been to Musume several times and food and service are always excellent. The TravelZoo voucher is a GREAT deal for the variety and amount of food that you receive. My friend and I split the dinner for two and were stuffed. The yellowtail serrano sashimi was unbelievably good. One note - the voucher does state in the fine print that 20% gratuity will be added to the entire value of the check - meaning the $120 value of the voucher plus anything additional that you order. I was fine with this as I usually tip 20% anyway... but I hadn't noticed it on the voucher until I went back and read it in detail.

The quality of the food and the selection is wonderful. But it could've been a little better - we noticed the quality slipped a little since last time we were there. It is extremely overpriced but I guess that's to be expected given that they are located in a higher end neighborhood and district. Two people with sake/ drinks runs around $250. With the travelzoo coupon you still need to order more food if you are really hungry and not just taste testing. Was surpised that there was no hand sanitizer anywhere to be seen. You have to ask for it. Tables were spread apart for social distancing and a few tables were outside. Get the cod appetizer - you don't want to share that so get two. Get the mocha creme brulee.
