One voucher per person must be redeemed for a Chicago Explorer Pass by emailing your voucher number and PIN to email@example.com. Smart Destinations will reply with your pass and digital guidebook within six hours. Passes will be available for use immediately; print or display on your mobile device. Passes are valid for 30 days, beginning with the first day of use. Voucher must be exchanged no later than March 31, 2021. All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. Not valid after expiration date. Valid for one adult (13+) or one child (3-12). Individual attractions may have additional restrictions. Not valid on products. Cannot combine with other offers. Non-transferable. A voucher may only be redeemed once.

Worked beautifully for us to go from venue to venue.
Had to call staff for help with activation. They were very courteous and responsive.

It took them a long time to get back to us with digital vouchers to use them. We emailed them twice and then I finally had to call them on the day that we wanted to use them and ask them to send away. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get tickets.

No....horrible service and you can do the attractions directly for the same price anyway.
Ridiculous process for redeeming voucher. Sent redemption request email as instructed in receipt email. After 4 hours with no response I contacted travelzoo who kept me on hold for an hour while they dealt with the merchant. After all that time the Travelzoo representative returned to the phone and advised me that the merchant was requesting a PDF of the travelzok receipt (which the Travelzoo representative agreed was not in the instructions) but that she had sent it to the merchant and we would receive or passes shortly. After another half hour I finally received my pass but my wife got another email from the merchant asking for the PDF again. I finally contaced Travelzoo again and demanded a refund. Our day in Manhattan was ruined. Travelzoo refunded my money but did nothing to make up for the hours on the phone and s ruined day. This will definitely be the last time I book anything with Travelzoo, let alone this merchant.

We enjoyed all the attractions, just not the explorer pass and it’s difficulty in redeeming the passes.
The process to redeem the explorer passes is complicated and not convenient.

The activities were good
Only one pass activated. I had no idea what the problem was and both places I used it the first day couldn’t make it work but they accommodated me anyway. Very humiliating, but thank you Science Academy and Big Bus for honoring it anyway Also the food at Lefty’s Buffet looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day—dry and shriveled

The difficulty getting my Travelzoo voucher validated and my passes sent to me via email. Instead of 6 hours, I had not received them 24 hours later. I called Travelzoo and had them call Chicago Pass. They said "they were busy and didn't get around to sending me my pass" Eventually, Tyler was able to get a hold of them and send me my validation email to obtain my passes. The person who sent me the email with validation code 8751775 did not attach anything to the email and when I tried to click on the printer friendly option, nothing happened. This should not require a brain surgeon to complete this transaction and I am frustrated beyond words. I am done with Travelzoo.....your name says it all....ZOO!

We had to travel in to Union Station to activate the pass foe each time we used it. The first tour we had intended to use was the evening tour of all the sites, we got there at 6:00 pm as was printed in the brochure only to be told that the tour was not going off until 7:30. We had not eaten dinner as we thought we would be back by 8:00 (it's a two hour hour tour) Given this change we would not return until 9:30 and not get back to our hotel until about 10 or maybe later. I ended up giving our tickets to a family with four children
