Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. Our guest room #317 only had one chair in it, and lots of empty space. Need a ladder for the king bed on both sides of the bed.

Maybe for this offer, give a choice of wine because I didn't like the wine chosen and didn't drink it but it was a nice gesture. I don't like to waste things. So may a sample taste of the choices upon arrival.

Very clean, comfy and spacious. I didn't get a chance to experience the balcony view as there was no more rooms with that availability. I was hoping to have one since I booked the room in advance. No one ever offered it to me as a choice so I thought all rooms had it until I found out they didn't. Anyway, if you want a balcony, do ask in advance.

The room was on the first floor and not as “deluxe” or as fancy as we expected. Also there were cobwebs on our balcony. The room itself was clean & comfortable.

We paid to upgrade to a lake view room. This was the key to my 5 star rating. On a previous visit we stayed in a room that over looked the parking lot and as a result there was zero ambience. It was a smaller room, nothing special and a real disappointment. The upgrade was well worth the money.
