Voucher cancellation and refund policy:  Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At the time of checkout you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee.

Hotel cancellation and rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, and must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival. They told me ut was self park, but didnt tell me where...so i paid for parking, not knowing it was free at a certain garage.... next time it needs to be specific where the waived free parking is located

We love the location and our deal included free parking in the structure attached to the hotel which was very convenient. Check in using the Travelzoo vouchers was extremely smooth. The room was clean and spacious with a nice shower. This place works perfectly for our Chicago visits.

Rooms are Spurs, floors are ice cold, vinyl flooring on concrete probably. The upgrade to a superior room a disappointment. No view far from the elevator uncomfortable bed sitting on the couch you can't see the TV very well. The bathroom is awkward and very small. The entry door to the bathroom is solid glass so when you were in there the light shines through into the room. It's heavy and swings both ways. Probably because if you're sitting on the toilet you can't open the door inward. That's how small the bathroom is. Coffee service they leave one coffee pod regular and one decaf. No closet just a hanging rod right inside the room everything exposed spare blankets ironing board iron, I feel like I'm in a hotel 8. Breakfast is overpriced lousy cold and very disappointing. Staff is friendly helpful but the hotel overall so so I wouldn't come back and I certainly wouldn't do a superior room it's just not worth the extra cost.
