First of all I had to send 3 emails and call to get my passes. I lost a whole day of my vacation and I had to pay for activities out of pocket which would been included. Then I had to pay for a pass for my 5 year old but he doesn’t have to pay anywhere I have been with The pass. I want my money reimbursed.

I bought the tickets and emailed the vouchers and pin to obtain my pass The passes were supposed to be issued within 2 hours , but never got an email 3 days after purchasing the tickets the passes were still not processed, had to call and wait for another hour on the phone to get my tickets processed after being in line for 2 hours for the Statue of Liberty tour This delayed all of our other tours and made us lose one day of activities Super disappointed with the service especially after having paid over 400$ for the passes and losing an entire day of our trip because the passes were not processed properly

We loved Spyscape! It was different enough from the International Spy Museum in DC and very interactive. All of the staff there was pleasant and engaging. My kids loved the ferry ride to see the Statue of Liberty. However, we did run into a few issues. First, the Passes are cheaper on the actual website, than on Travelzoo, and there was no added benefit for the increased price. Secondly, the BigBus tour was a complicated process. The app was confusing, said they had stops where they didn't, "live" map didn't show adjustment for street closures. But when we finally got on the bus (for the uptown tour), the guide was great and informative.

We had to use it by March, so we used it this past weekend. Half the items were closed for the season and others were closed for other reasons. We ended up not using all three admissions. Plus, we used the Hamilton hotel advised on your web-site and it was under major renovation. Just a little disappointing weekend.

Make sure to plan out your activities for the best usage of the pass. Some activists require reservation.
