The rooms and bathrooms were great. Ask for upper floors for quieter room. Location very close to shopping.
Other Comments
The staff were very slow to respond at the desk and never not once answered the phone. The lobby was super crowd with rude guests getting. The lobby and elevator smelled of pot all evening. The morning breakfast was expensive. Valet parking was overwhelmed.

The hotel was nice but with the covid we had little access to the amenities the hotel offers. Also the rooms were poorly stocked. Had to come to front desk for linens, cups, tissues etc. also disappointed that the rooms don’t offer coffee service or refrigerators. Could at least offer complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby.

Other Comments
Bedsheets were damp, absolutely not fresher. The night stand and desk were not sanitized, there was barely any sanitizing items, no water bottle, no coffee. Booking says breakfast was included, but the hotel only give $30 credit for 2 adults for breakfast. 1 breakfast—eggs and toast alone cost $28, coffee was additional money.
