Not being an experienced angler, having captains/ guides who were happy to instruct and assist made for a memory making experience."

Salmon Fall Resort is a beautiful place to go. The staff is outstanding, friendly, and helpful. We did 2 days of fishing and totally enjoyed it. The captains to the boats were experienced and each captain had their own fishing approach. Each were successful in their own way. They were also willing to fish for whatever the guest wanted. We ended up with 80 lbs. of fish, which we were delighted with. The all inclusive meals were delicious. The lunch sandwich was lacking quality, but breakfast and dinner made up for it. I would highly recommend this fishing resort getaway.

This was our first trip to Alaska, and only our second fishing trip. We had the best time fishing for two days. The local captains know where to find fish and know how to make for a really fun day. Brought home a LOT of fish. We can't wait to go back.

This resort is absolutely beautiful! And the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable and relaxing. The food is really good and the views can't be beat. It's not a huge resort, so it's very personable. Would highly recommend if you're looking to get away for a few days, even if you don't fish.

This is a beautiful place with a friendly, accommodating staff. We don't do much fishing so I'm not sure how it stacks up to other resorts like this. We had a substitute captain and boat because apparently they were busy enough to need additional help in that area. So, I'm not sure how it would have gone had we had a regular boat and captain. Our captain seemed very knowledgeable regarding fishing in those waters and taught us a lot about fishing for salmon and halibut. We brought home 75 pounds of fish and we were very happy with that! There were a couple of glitches during our stay but all-in-all, it was a great trip!

The Marina Manager, Rachel was fabulous. She seemed to remember every guest by name and was super friendly and helpful. Waitress Angelica was likewise very friendly and checked in with us even when we were not dining in her station.
