None the carpet in the common areas was dirty and a trip hazard due to big wrinkles in the old worn out carpet.

The hotel is in need of refurbishing. The room had been updated but they did not replace the fixtures. The tub and shower was disgusting! Did not drain and their effort to cover up the mold did not work. The staff could not tell you anything about the resort because they were new. To get to the elevators to your room you had to carry your luggage up two areas of stairs. The staff saw this and failed to tell us we could just drive our car to the back of the resort. I asked what the resort fee included and they did not know.

Such a fun stay! So close to town square and also free ride service. Our family had so much fun at the evening lawn party with smores, games and treats. Kathleen made everyone the most delicious snowcones. It was a ball. The kids did the little ‘find a bird’ scavenger hunt and won a prize. The pool and hot tub were also fun for the family.

The kids did the buffet breakfast and it was great. We ordered off the menu, eggs Benedict and it was a little disappointing. But the rest of the stay. was fabulous.

The room was clean and nice. We thought there was a close trail since that's their picture but there are no close trails to walk to. Food prices a little high at their restaurant.

It's a bit of a tired resort. Not convenient to town. With no kids, we didn't want/need the slopeside summer location. Decor tired, nothing impressive about the place. Even with the Travelzoo discount, we didn't feel it was worth the money - should have stayed closer to town.

The only positive I can think of is the bed was comfortable.

The room was very basic with few amenities and small with no view. The biggest issue was the noise. Kids were running up and down the hall late at night and adults would gather outside my room at 6 am to plan their activities for the day. This did not have a resort feel. I’ve had better stays at Hiltons. The rooms are extremely overpriced, even with the Travelzoo discount. You’re really just paying a premium to stay in Jackson.

Birthday trip to Jackson. Great location. Easy walk to town. Hotel was nice. Wish they had more food options. Was there over Super Bowl weekend. Didn’t have regular cable channels in room so had to watch in hotel restaurant. Wanted privacy after a hard day is skiing at JHMR. We found game on Univision in Spanish which was really fun! Liked being able to ski in and out at Snow King.

We made three separate reservations at the time as we did not know our travel plans, and we knew if we booked three nights under one reservation and wanted to leave the last night for some reason we would forfeit our last night. It was a hassle having to go down to the lobby and check in and out each day but I do understand that. my frustration is I asked for the room to be cleaned on the second day and it never was. I had to go down to the front desk to get supplies. The pool although they said it was heated to 85° was not it was very cold and we couldn’t even get in it. I do not understand why they charge a $40 something resort fee and it is not worth it especially this time of year.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, we did have some trouble with our door, but staff were quick to resolve the issue. Ambience, staff, and location were all spectacular!
