The only complaint I had was that it was very difficult to find the right building where our unit was. We had to come back around and ask the security guard for help. He was great and actually drove us around to the unit and explained how to get to our specific room as well

Property is well maintained ad easy to get to. Far enough off the strip to be less crazy but close enough to go have fun!

With check in being 4pm and checkout being rather early at 10am it was disappointing to pat for 3 days/2 nights and be there only 42 hours!

THE SUITES WERE VERY OUTDATED!! THE DECOR AND FURNITURE COMES STRAIGHT OUT OF THE 1980'S. THEY ALSO WANTED YOU GO TO A MEETING TO TALK YOU INTO BUYING A CONDO.

It was a nice place. However, we had a family above us with kids who were constantly running and jumping upstairs from us. I felt like we had to beg the staff to move us before they finally did.
That was an issue as they should not have expected for us to deal with all of that noise.

This property is well off the beaten path from other activities in Branson, MO. To go to any other activities—shows, shopping, dining, etc.—required a drive of some 10-15 minutes or more.

We checked in very very late. Staff was very accommodating. One small issue required maintenance snd staff was at our door in less than 5 minutes after we called. Problem quickly and efficiently solved!!

We will definitely book this facility again for future stays. Loved the friendly staff snd the accommodations were very nice!

I traveled to Branson with my elderly mother. The condo was lovely, very roomy and comfortable. I liked the location because it’s not in the main part of Branso, which is very tacky and crowded. If I had to go back to Branson I would stay here.

The staff was nice and the setting was pretty. The room itself was very dated. While the walls were painted nicely the furnishings were old and not very clean. The bathtubs were very stained and the carpet had ripples which would be easy to trip on.. There were two flights of stairs to get to the room and there was only one entrance to a walkway leading to the stairs. That entrance was a bit of a distance from the stairs. Not great for the older traveler. In general it was a little disappointing, I expect more from a Hilton property.
