Lovely staff, so welcoming and helpful even though we were on a budget deal. Room was very comfortable and having the entire wall of glass sliding doors opening onto the terrace and view was wonderful. We were sad the infinity pool wasn’t open out of season as we were looking forward to swimming in it and hadn’t realised. We loved that the bar served light meals during the afternoon as we arrived about 3:30pm having had no lunch, so to sit on the terrace with a platter of Italian charcuterie and great cheeses and a bottle of very good rosé was lovely. We would have preferred that the rooms had glass tumblers rather then plastic (don’t like one-use plastic), also the paper cups for morning tea felt a bit downmarket for such a plush hotel. Beds were wonderfully comfy!
Other Comments
We hadn’t realised quite how far from Eze the hotel was, and that there was no way to walk safely to the village (no footpaths, or pavements on the roads) so it felt a bit isolated. We had a hire car but were reluctant to drive it after dark. We had hoped to spend more time in Eze itself, perhaps dining there in the evening once or twice, but this was impossible. A shuttle bus a couple of times a day would have been wonderful.

Great stay at this hotel with incredible sea views. Staff were attentive and on the whole, very friendly.
Other Comments
The spa and indoor pool facilities were fantastic, although I think this should have been free to use for hotel guests (cost 30euros/person per half day session)

We had a wonderful time, and everything went well. The people were friendly and helpful, even though my French was marginal at best.
Other Comments
The hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. One of the servers always went the extra mile, providing gourmet coffee and fresh-squeezed orange juice. The views were amazing, and our experience exceeded expectations. We would definitely like to return.
