Nobu Hotel Los Cabos
About the Hotel
Why We Love This Hotel
- From Robert DeNiro and chef Nobu Matsuhisa, this is the first Nobu hotel in Mexico
- Features four swimming pools, a full spa and plenty of beachfront
- And of course, there's an outpost of the famed Nobu restaurant on site
- "From its sleek design to its wealth of amenities, this just may be Nobu's finest work yet" (Robb Report)
Bringing a little bit of Japanese-influenced style and minimalist decor to the Baja Peninsula, the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos sets 200 luxurious rooms and suites along the Los Cabos shoreline.
Rooms here feature traditional Onsen teak soaking tubs, 65-inch TVs, in-room Nespresso machines and nightly turndown service. Golf View rooms give you a nice view of the nearby courses (one of which was designed by Tiger Woods), but upgrades to Ocean View and Swim-Up rooms are also available. Suite stays include butler service and private terraces.
Naturally, dining is a main focus of a Nobu resort. The hotel's famous namesake restaurant has an outpost here that serves Japanese fusion cuisine, sake and cocktails, while Malibu Farm features the same kind of laid-back organic farm-to-table menu made famous in places like Miami, Hawaii and (of course) Malibu. Looking for a drink? You needn't go far -- there are seven bars, including one on the beach and a swim-up option.
The hotel features a 13,000-square-foot spa with hydrotherapy circuit and wellness-focused activities like yoga classes, a large fitness center and spinning area.
