It was a wonderful, cozy Inn with a nice breakfast. ‘We loved the fire pit outside and the cozy seating area in the entrance. The Christmas trees were amazing and the fireplace inviting. We can’t wait to go back.

This hotel is on the national registry and first opened in 1919. The lobby is welcoming and comfortable with seating positioned conveniently to encourage visiting with other guests. The bar and restaurant staff are excellent and the food is superb. In fact all the staff at this hotel were very attentive and welcoming. This is an excellent hotel and we will return.

Guests with mobility issues need to be aware that this hotel has 3 floors and does not have an elevator. If mobility is an issue it would be a good idea to request a guest room on a lower floor.

The Inn is very quaint and in a great location. Within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. Our room was sparsely furnished but cute. My only complaint is that our bed was uncomfortable. There are also events hosted here which often times mean it is loud or there is music in the evenings, but the Inn was really good about shutting everything down at 10pm. Loved the fireplace inside and out. Loved the coffee and hot apple cider available in the lobby.

Staff was exceptionally classy. Welcome drinks and fire pit were great as was the continental breakfast.
Room was small as expected. Only complaint is that the bed was too close to the toilet in a bathroom without a fan.

This is a lovely historical hotel. It appears to have been recently updated with new paint and carpeting, giving it a sparkling look. We loved sitting out back in the courtyard around the fire pit. Breakfast was satisfactory, and we were appreciative of the hard boiled eggs and yogurt. We ate our meal in a beautiful porch-like room filled with windows. Our only complaint is that our room was quite chilly. But when I called downstairs to ask if they could turn up the heat, they brought us an oscillating heater immediately, and that eventually made the room quite toasty. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The front desk staff seemed to be jack of all trades, and were exceedingly friendly.

This was a delightful little boutique hotel. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the town is also quaint. Loved the outdoor fireplace/sitting area as well as the big fireplace in the large indoor sitting area. The food was great. There is no TV in the rooms but we loved that. There are alot of stairs so just keep that in mind. We will definitely be back.
