"We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and seemed willing to go the extra mile to enhance our stay. The front desk staff, restaurant hostess, bartender and our awesome waitress, who had the two dishes my husband and I planned to share split on four plates complete with the garnish and presentation you'd get on one. And the food was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a suite on the 14th floor. The hotel is beautiful and filled with interesting art. We also enjoyed the fitness center with steamroom and sauna. The location is also fabulous. We easily walked to the Bulls stadium for a baseball game and had our pick of restaurants, bars and shopping within a short walk. Between sleeping in and working out, we missed the 7-10 am window for breakfast at the restaurant so we went across the street to the Bull-Dega, a cute little grocery/wine shop stocked with local products including local beers, and had coffee and pastries. All in all a great overnight getaway."

We had an excellent getaway at the 21c Museum Hotel. We were looking to get away from it all for two nights, and they provided exactly what we needed. And the 2 free drinks per night through the Travelzoo deal was the icing on the cake. The room was very modern, super clean, comfortable and quiet. The building used to be a bank and you can actually go in the vault in the basement and sit on a sofa while you enjoy your drink. Very cool. There is artwork all around the first three levels, and we enjoyed walking around and checking it out. We parked at the nearby parking garage on Corcoran Street (literally 1 block from the hotel) and saved a bunch because they had a $13 per day maximum on their parking vs. valet parking at the hotel. Oh, and the bartenders were excellent. We enjoyed the "drink and a show" as they mixed up the drinks, and also really enjoyed our conversation with them. Overall, the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay.

I love the location, the 24 hour gallery is wonderful as always, close to other things.
Other Comments
We know this hotel well. Unfortunately, the room was a bit dirty and we found some pretty vile leftover Sushi from a previous guest in the mini-fridge. This was stocked with items you can buy so it should have been checked if anyone really serviced the room. That made me wonder about the overall efficiency. There was not a strong element of support here for staff, welcoming - people seemed a bit apathetic working here.

Restaurant, Museum, Vault. Valet parking staff were friendly and provided good service.

Housekeeping could be better. Stained towel and rug. They put a used towel and sheet on our love seat, hope it was at least from our room. Didn't replace any coffee pods, we even left a note and tip asking for decaf please. Note and tip were taken though.

The loveliest room we have stayed in for quite some time. Beautifully decorated room with a great view of downtown. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with an equally spacious shower. Fully stockedin-room snack and beverage cabinet. Although we did not dine at the beautiful restaurant next door, we did stop by and enjoy a drink after our show. Super nice bartender. Definately will visit 21c Museum Hotel again.

At checkin the desk could not locate our reservation. It appeared to me that the connection between Travelzoo and the hotel needs additional work.
