Only issue we had ,very limited food choices. No restaurants for dinner, only pizzeria with limited menu. In the main lobby is a bar ( does not serve food) and salad/ sandwiches place.

- We went in search of snow, but it didn't snow and there was no snow on the ground, except for the ski slopes and the tubing slope. In fact, it was in the high 50s/low 60s the 4 days we were there. We don't ski anymore, but we did really enjoy the tubing. HIGHLIGHT! - One evening, it was warm enough to sit outside of Trail's End restaurant at the fire pit. We very much enjoyed watching the skiers and snowboarders coming in, while sipping wine by the fire pit. HIGHLIGHT! - The 60% off regular price Travelzoo deal, complete with complementary parking and waiving the resort fee, made this an affordable stay. HIGHLIGHT! Otherwise, it's too expensive and I would not stay there. - Once logged onto their website, the pop-up chat box with, "how may we help you?" was convenient and usually worked. - We stayed mid-week, Monday-Thursday. Our room faced the parking lot. We asked if we could have a mountain view instead. The desk clerked checked and said there were no mountain view rooms available. The place was pretty empty, so it was kind of hard to believe. I often wonder if places like this put out deals to drum up business, and even if a better room were available, they hold on to it on the off chance someone might come in the same time we booked and pay full price. But I can't complain because the room rate was great. - The only glitch was that we could not screen share. 2 technicians came and tried to troubleshoot the problem. They couldn't fix it, said they were going back to the basement, and would try again to fix it from there. We never heard back. We tried again, still wouldn't work. The Samsung TV didn't even come up as an option anymore. And the chat didn't work. It gave a phone number to call, which I did, but it gave the "high volume" number of calls, at 11:00 pm. I waited for someone to answer, but it was a machine that sounded like a person, asking you what you needed, but then it went right back into the same phrase as soon as you started to talk. I left my phone on. I was never disconnected. There was just silence for the next hour. Not exaggerating. I took a picture of both my phone screen and ipad screen that showed no connection to the TV in the room. Finally went to the front desk. After almost a ½ hour, I was headed back to the front desk when I passed the tech woman. She was very apologetic and said she had just received the message. She couldn't fix it either. Again, she was genuinely very apologetic, said that she would inform the front desk, and I should expect a call from the front desk in a minute or two, if I didn't mind. True to her word, the front desk did call, apologized that the google connect hadn't worked for any of our 3 nights there, and offered a $100 credit to our room! I thought this was very generous and impressive. Camelback Resort does try to make your stay as positive as it could possibly be. HIGHLIGHT!

The indoor waterpark was very clean. Plenty of staff attending to every water attraction and to the cleanliness of the floors. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was a plus. HIGHLIGHT!

Everything was wonderful. Checking in could have been better. They were understaffed (everywhere is these days) but it was very slow!

'This was our first visit to a waterpark and the kids had a blast! It helps that they are over 42 inches and could ride most rides!

First time. Hotel ambiance good. Water park was fine. Sone of the stair to access the water slides are rusting and need some better upkeep (the plunge slides). Did like the little touches of offering hot apple cider but half the times cups were not avail.
