Rooms have an old smell. The ac system made a loud screeching noise at various hours throughout the night, waking my daughter and myself up. Have had better sleep at cheaper places before.

Room with walk out to patio on 1st floor was very enjoyable and convenient; no noise came through from the pool. Shuttle buses were helpful & reliable; perhaps more identification and map on where to pick up @ the parks. Staff were wonderful. Loved the water in lobby at all hours as well as in the room. Food [ordered breakfast] was decent w. eggs bacon & specifically enjoyed the fresh fruit. Would recommend more trash cans in the room.

The B Resort and Spa exceeded my expectations! We were greeted at the door with a champagne cocktail for the adults and shirley temples for the kids. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The shuttle to the Disney parts was very convenient, picking up every 30 minutes. The rooms were clean and spacious, plus we received a $40 room credit we used in the coffee shop every morning before starting our long day of fun. I highly recommend this trip!

The name on the airline ticket was not Tina’s proper name on her license. She couldn’t take the flight so we had to book a one way flight for $298 each so we could get there. Spirit had no more flights that day or the next. Travelzoo took hours to get back to us and by then we were in Orlando. Spirit Airlines canceled our flight back because we didn’t take the flight there. It took hours to resolve this at the airport so we could get home.

Staying at the B Resort was a great experience for our first family visit to Walt Disney World. The hotel was clean and our room was larger than expected. Upon check in the desk agent saw we had little ones and put us on a high floor with fireworks views for our enjoyment. The location and proximity to the Disney Springs entertainment area was convenient and the buses to the parks were also great.

I was not aware of the difference between a true Disney property and this hotel, which I was informed is a “friends of Disney hotel”. While it has some of the benefits of a Disney hotel, it is missing some like receiving magic bands with your tickets and the bus service was less frequent than advertised when leaving the parks at the end of the day. We waited over 40 min each day when leaving the parks at the bus terminal. Overall enjoyed our trip and the value for the location was good.

We stopped at the pick up location and asked for pizza and they said they didn't have so while we looked for a snack to eat someone else asked for pizza and they were told room service until midnight (not advised to us). So we went to room and called room service, house keeping, front desk for 15 min and no one would answer. Finally at 1130 someone answered YES!! (Annoyed and just like that) we gave order and asked please for an extra pillow. Nothing ever arrived.

Still was a very nice hotel, the lobby smelled amazing the view was nice and the location was great! The spa and fitness facility have been closed for over a year. Travel Zoo’s offer included a 20% discount for spa services. Description included fitness facility. These were the primary reasons we purchased the Travel Zoo offer. Called and reported these concerns to Travel Zoo when we returned. No satisfactory result other than sorry about that.
Not sure who would be responsible but bus service was not as promised. Long waits for buses in unprotected areas( we had both 90 degree heat and heavy rain at times). On two occasions the bus did not come on the half hour at all. We left and took Uber as did other families.

Staff told us we were upgraded to Presidential Suite because of a water leak which we then went from a king bed to 2 queens- not an upgrade in our opinion. There was only minimal supplies in the room, 1 coffee cup, 1 bar soap, furniture could upgrading - cabinet doors would not open, bathroom door would not stay open, no place to hang clothes in bathroom, the lights were very cheap-had to wiggle shade and switch to keep light on.
Took over 2 hours to return from Disney to the hotel as the information at the departure location at the hotel listed the incorrect space to get a returning bus.

It was a close walk to Disney Springs. It had a great view. Pool was open late (until 11pm).

there were no electrical outlets in the room - they were all European outlets or broken USBs. The "resort" felt like a Howard Johnson - not at all like a resort. Did not get an advertised "welcome drink". Pool and patio furniture was filthy and run down. Pool was very small for the size of the hotel. Balcony door only opened 2 inches. Interior hallways were dark and confining.

We had problems with our tv. The menu and pay per view option never worked despite hotel tech trying to fix it. The manager and staff were great, however, and made it right. Cleaning of room and area could be better. Our room was clean but the shower had mildew in the corners and around the handle and there was hair collected around the drain. We didn't say anything because we liked the location of the room. There was a slice of pizza in the ice machine for two days, which we did report and was cleaned that day. I know it's hard to keep consistent housekeeping that takes pride in their work, but management should check these things. Next time we would probably report the dirty shower but didn't want to cause a fuss, especially since we complained about the tv. To complain about both would have made us appear to be ugly guests who couldn't be satisfied, which we are obviously not.

The complimentary bus to Disney world was a bit of issue because of long waiting time and it was usually not on schedule. B resort is considered a partner hotel so it was treated differently from other Disney owned hotels. Other than that, the hotel itself was beautiful and worth the money paid.

Because we spent most of our time in WDW, we didn't get to experience B Resort and Spa as much as we would have liked to. The outdoor pool looked GREAT, but, sadly, we never got there! However, the food in the restaurant was top notch!

Everything was as advertised and the hotel staff, especially the receptionist who welcomed us, was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the Disney area.

Shuttles drop off at transportation center in Magic Kingdom and we thought they dropped off at gates like the true Disney Hotels. Adds at least 30-60 min to the day each way. Also thought the parking fee also covered the Disney parking like true Disney hotels, adding 25 to drive yourself. My advice- even though the hotel is good, save yourself the hassle and extra fees by staying at a Disney hotel, or one that doesn’t charge for parking and drive yourself to the parks.

The B Resort has many great amenities for families with children. The pool is zero entry with a ton of room for little kids to play before it gets too deep. There’s also a kids playroom with some toys and a movie playing. There is also plenty of fun for adults as well like the poolside bar and a decent restaurant.

The rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable but one downfall was not having tub to bathe my toddler. Also due to the way our room was facing, we could hear and see the firework show at night. This could be really cool for some families but unfortunately my little one is petrified of fireworks.

This is a very nice hotel - bright & cheery. The rooms were comfortable. The location was good for the reason we were in Orlando.

The ONLY problem we had was housekeeping. When we returned from a grueling day at Epcot, we walked into our room which WAS NOT attended to! I had even called housekeeping prior to leaving our room that morning to make sure it would get cleaned up. It turns out that the person I spoke with to make sure our room got serviced was Zaee, a most friendly and attentive front desk clerk who checked us in. When I went downstairs to report this matter, Zaee was at the front desk and she came up to our room to take pictures. She said she couldn't believe this as she claims to have called housekeeping FOUR times during the day to make sure our room got serviced. Zaee was very professional as she arranged for a room comp and free breakfast in our room the next morning. When we checked out, we found that the comp. was ONLY 50% of one night's stay instead of one full night. That was a little disappointing but we were in a hurry to get on our way, so we didn't make a hassle over this. Perhaps Travelzoo can deal with this matter. Thanks.

First room assigned = 1114: Wasn't vacuumed, nail clippings on carpet! 2nd room assigned = 1106: It was "perfect" until we came back that night - walked into a wall of mustiness; moldy smelling filth! 3rd room assigned = 128 poolside: smaller than the tower rooms, no dresser to put folded clothes; no couch; shower had a slippery bathtub (instead of walk-ins like 1114 & 1106); and my bed was super soft with valleys! The icing on cake was breakfast: cold, inadequate and not worth the price. We cut our visit short. Probably will never return.

Shuttle bus to Disney Park - driver did not secure my electric wheel chair and made a sharp turn throwing the chair & myself across the bus into the seats on the other side. I fractured 4 ribs on right side and was admitted to ICU. Driver did not even call ambulance told us we had to. Personal at hotel did not assist my husband who had to get in his own car and find where ambulance took me. I was transported to 2 hospitals because of the seriousness of injury and no one at hotel made any offers of assistance.

Very little info provided at check-in, nothing mentioned about food & beverage credit, spa credit (which was in fact closed for renovations), and no ask to see if I had any questions. I was traveling with an infant so I’d a little run down of the property and amenities included with the TZ deal would have been appreciated. There were no towels out at the pool, I had to request a crib twice, for some reason we were needlessly given a handicap room, the exit arm for self-parking didn’t lift and there the was no signage/instruction on using the exit causing us delay and frustration, dialing room service was unavailable numerous times, the elevators had a mind of there own, overall this place just didn’t seem to uphold what I’d expect from a Disney partner hotel. While the price was good the service was sorely lacking. I will not be going back and would not recommend it.

The decor in the room and lobby were nice, however the bathroom vanity area was very small and no door to the sink area so if one person was up and getting ready, that person would wake up everyone else. The curtains weren’t black out curtains so the lighting from the pool area kept our room illuminated throughout the night. Also, when we booked our room it stated thatwe would be on Floors 12-17, bit at check-in the woman at the desk said it was for the rooms on floors 1&2 facing the pool area.

Our room was in very rough shape - smelled extremely musty, no alarm clock, and our night stand was missing a piece. They tried to remedy the smell by spraying a ton of perfume in room. Did not help. Clearly this room is either a) not used often or b) has unaddressed issues that need attending. Our friends were in the room next to us, and didn’t have these issues. Also, when we asked to move, we were told they were full - and that was impossible. We also had a significant issue with the fact that travelzoo sent the B the wrong room type for our reservation. We reserved a stunning and the b received that we wanted a captivating. They didn’t have any stunnings available. And I had to call travelzoo and spend 90min of my vacation to get it figured out. Also on 2 separate occasions there were no towels at the pool.

When booking, we were told our room would be on one of the upper floors because of the rate we paid; however, we were in a first floor room surrounding the pool which actually was better for my husband who is handicapped. The bus service was advertised as if it would be Disney bus service when it was a third party contracted company. Buses didn't come as often as Disney buses, and parked a farther distance away from gates which was difficult for my husband who can't walk great distances.

I called the front desk several times, and nobody answered, I was trying to get a pen to place an order for breakfast, so no pen on the room and finally I hang the order on the door that was supposed to be before 1:00 AM, next morning I checked the order was still there.

Front desk staff seemed to be just going through the motions and did not know about the promotions that brought us to their hotel. We had to ask for all of the free promotions that we were a part of the package that we prepaid for. While the room appeared very clean and nice we did find a dirty sock behind the stool in our room. GROSS!!
