Overview

One of the best-known wonders in the western hemisphere, Niagara Falls is a scene of beauty. Just 100 yards from the brink of the rushing water is Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview. Upon check-in, spread out in 560 square feet of space or more, with the option to reserve a room with a view of the falls. Even the smallest suites here comfortably sleep up to four guests, and many sleep six.

Spend time unwinding at the indoor pool and whirlpool, and then take the kids to the video arcade. A 10-minute drive from the hotel and guests arrive at the Butterfly Conservatory -- home to more than 2,000 exotic species and ranked as one of the top five attractions in Niagara Falls on TripAdvisor.

Rise and shine with a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, and set aside time to attend the complimentary evening reception that includes alcoholic drinks (limited number per guest) and snacks. In the evening, head to the Keg Steakhouse and Bar for unparalleled views and entrees like grilled top sirloin and prime rib. Starters, soups and specialty cocktails are also served, as well as lunch items earlier in the day. Be sure to check the fireworks and illumination schedules to get a window seat during these events.

Suppose it's very good view but unfortunately that day was heavy rain .

I think you should make some options for the rooms which are CANADA 's view or US plus CANADA 's view then we don't have to upgrade when the front deck sell to us , because it should be no chance have room if we want .

I upgraded my room to a premium suite for additional $50 plus 13% HST and 10% tourism improvement fees, it was well worth the extra cost because of the great view of the falls.

Make sure you check your statement before you leave the hotel because they charged me $35 for parking when I parked elsewhere. They did refund me but I question how they made this mistake to start with. I was told that the tourism improvement fees (also called facilities fees) was not optional but I will research it if I go back because I am not convinced it is a mandatory requirement by the city.

We have been here a few times prior and booked through the hotel on their special offers. Doing it through Travelzoo was actually a bit disappointing as the room was att eh end of the building and these rooms are smaller without a couch or comfy chair in front of the window. I asked for a different room and was told that this was what we had booked as it was what Travelzoo had booked. I don't think I will book it through Travelzoo again... it seems like their "we want you to be satisfied" policy does not apply if using Travelzoo

The view from our room.

We are not pleased at all by the fact that after talking to the manager she would not remove the Tourism Improvement Fee from our account. Also, their parking fees are ridiculously over priced!

Everything. The people were lovely, our room was quite satisfactory and the place was clean.

The view and the proximity to the falls, restaurants and the new casino.
Other Comments
The rooms are a bit worn looking. Parking is overpriced. The "snack and drink" hours were below standard.
