Resort need to improve on housekeeping. My bed has little particles (crumbs??) and even tooth pick plastic holder. Dust cluster in room corner. The worse is the noise of the fan REALLY LOUD. This was mentioned in other review but did not expect that bad. Other than this, reception , staff very friendly

I was a little disappointed at the rental of the equipment at Lake Horseshoe. I believe that there should be one price charged, minimal, to allow the kids to use all of the equipment provided. We paid for my son to play on the inflatable slide and he was given a wrist band but other children who did not pay were using the slide and the lifeguards who were overseeing that activity did not stop them. Seems a bit unfair to make some pay and others not.

Would suggest a larger playground More dining options please! (only Crazy Horse was open while we were there and service there was very slow, likely due to how busy it was)

The activities such as treetop trekking and the ATVs were great!
Other Comments
The cleanliness of the hotel rooms. We had to change rooms as the sheets were still dirty & there was a strong musty smell. When we changed rooms, there was mildew in the shower as well as food still leftover from the last visitor in the fridge. In addition, when we went to eat at the Crazy Horse, both times the service was extremely slow.

The adventure pack that we purchased off of travel zoo and now waiting for a refund should have explained further that the activities are definitely more suitable for children and not for adults. When we went to view the activities before claiming our voucher we were a bit disappointed as we thought they would have been a bit more for adults. That was one of the reasons why we decided to book the travel zoo for horseshoe.
