Everything was good other than there was only 1 elevator working and there are rooms that are not accessible so you can’t get a luggage cart to them. Both very inconvenient and should be rectified to carry the Hilton mane.

The stay was great, rooms, location and staff were fantastic. The downside was that only one elevator was working during our stay, we had to wait for the elevator for every trip. The stairs in the middle of hallways made for challenging movement of bags from the luggage cart down to our rooms. I’m unable to lift heavy things, so my 12 year old had to trek heavy bags for a good distance. The hot tub was also not operational for one day of our stay, which was disappointing.

Shared the following with Reception staff upon checking out:
1. Couldn't get TV to work - remote power button didn't turn on TV
2. Cold air started blowing from heater, tried to change it to heat but would not warm up nor could I turn it off. Ended up by unplugging it.
3. Shampoo in shower was empty - very frustrating as I was already in the shower.
4. Body lotion bottle was empty - how difficult is it to refill bottles??
5. General comments about the village - the gondola should be working year round. Was very disappointed that it was 'closed until ski season'.

Some staff seem to not understand French and asked one of our guests to speak English. While I can understand but I think a better guest experience is for the staff to ask for a colleague to help instead of asking the guest to speak English. Overall I t was a wonderful stay. Will go back.

It was a lovely stay. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. They allowed us to check in early and park even earlier furing the day and called when it was ready for us. The staff working were lovely and asked if there was anything to make the stay better but they did fabulous.

Very nice and relaxing. Think the hotel could have supplied a bit of wood for the fireplace for one time and then can order more. Cart did not go past a certain point where stairs were and had to carry luggage a distance.
Staff are very pleasant and if you call for something it is done in a reasonable amount of time.

Would be nice if they had a cafe or restaurant inside the hotel. Others not far but when really cold, nicer to stay in. Have to order uber eats or from restaurants that deliver. Takes a long time for that. Restaurants in resort are very expensive.

Rooms very nice and the separate living room added lots of space. Unfortunately the hotel staff were on strike, you had to ask for cleaning, there were no sources of information about Tremblant Village available except a black and white very small print map, that included no info on restaurants or things to do.

Our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton certainly exceeded our expectations! You can't beat the location and the staff were so accommodating - they made sure to place us next to our friends' room and allowed us access to the pool on check out day which my daughter LOVED! We loved the atmosphere, views were amazing from everywhere! Our room was wonderful with lots of space . We were able to open our windows to see the mountains and see people enjoying themselves. It was a welcomed getaway after feeling more isolated these last two years . The bike ride to St Jovite was the best! We managed to do a hike and next time will go all the way up. Very enjoyable and perfect hotel location! Highly recommend!

Studio suite was probably the best studio we have ever been in with complete kitchen facilities, unique layout(half wall almost feels like a 1-bedroom. Our view was over the courtyard, steps away from the gondola. Love to get this room again for this price.

We upgraded to a one-bedroom suite and it was wonderful; I’ll never want to stay in just a hotel room again. Breakfast was second to none; it had an array of hot & cold dishes; we don’t know what more you could have wanted for breakfast. Location was perfect; you really can’t beat it. Outside your door was easy access to trails, stores, restaurants and the gondola up the mountain. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family.

We were first given a room with a loft which would not work for me with the bathroom being downstairs but we went to the desk and was able to change rooms right away. They were very accommodating and the second room was also in a better location with a view of the mountain and the bedroom on the main floor.

We were very happy with easy booking, easy check-in and great hotel location. Parking with breakfast were awesome too. There was plenty to do with walking distance but also very nice drive out to explore more. Definitely we would repeat this trip.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Only note we have towards the hotel was room cleanness. We found used tissue, leaking kitchen sink drain. (must mentioned tissue was on kind of hidden spot behind blinds, but still). Otherwise everything else was very enjoyable.
