Beautiful property. Great service at the pool and excellent food at the resort.

The staff was wonderful with the exception of the checkout gentleman who is totally checked out. We did not receive a copy of our receipt or asked our day was. Kind of strange.

Highly doubt I would have ever stayed at this resort since it would always be out of my price range. My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. We splurged and got access to the Citrus Club Lounge. 45% off from Travelzoo is an amazing deal! Overall, summer in Phoenix is hot but access to 7 pools is the selling point. Very eclectic, felt like we were transformed to the roaring 20s. Our room had all the modern amenities. Would definitely go back but only with another Travelzoo deal.

Hotel was amazing, never seen a hotel lobby that large. It was very inviting, sitting areas all over the resort. Architecture was unique. Lots of pool space and bars.

We were there for 2 nights 3 days The room that was described and pictured in the advert was completely different that what we got All the adult pools were closed as was the spa and we also got bumped from
Our golf reservation due to a large convention hotel buyout
We believe the hotel should have sent an email alerting us ahead of time that all of these things would be unavailable to us during our 3 day stay
