"We knew nothing about this hotel, but found the advertisement in travel zoo. Totally love the hotel. You can really tell this hotel is a labor of love. Our surf room was a mixture of old and new. Loved the view of the ocean and the artwork in our room. The rooftop bar provides a total view of the ocean. We loved, loved, loved the lobster, avocado toast and the chips, guacamole and salsa. All prices were very reasonable. Then for dinner, we went to the bistro cafe inside the hotel. OMG! The small plates menu is to die for. Wonderful food and atmosphere. We stayed on a Thursday during off season. They had the large fireplace going and a person playing a guitar. Lots of locals were there. It’s was really nice to go to a non commercial hotel. We will be back to this hotel."

I would like to take an extra moment to say a little about the front desk. The front desk representative named carly, really made our stay personal. You can sure tell she loves the hotel. From a personal card in our room welcoming us, to making us feel at home. Thank you Carly. Good Luck with your first baby.

The outside architecture was interesting and the location was good.

The room was small and substandard. No hot water Sunday morning January 19th. The food in the owned & operated restaurant was substandard in quality. The parking lot was a block away, very small and unprotected.

WAlls were very thin and we could hear ALL of our neighbor's activities. Not sure this could be helped but it was a little annoying at times.
Other Comments
Room was very small but accomodating. Older hotel.
