Fort Nothe, a Victorian harbour fort with an extensive underground tunnel network and lots of displays and exhibits, is 20 minutes' walk. The hotel is also around 30 minutes' drive from West Bay in Bridport, where popular ITV drama "Broadchurch" was filmed.

Angela Nov 07, 2016 Plymouth, United Kingdom
Enjoyed Most: That said, the breakfast (although chaotic on the first morning) was good with a wide choice of food.
Other Comments: The room was not in complete decorative order, lots of little jobs needed completing such as painting and priming the bathroom door and windowsill. The shower needs to be descaled and the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose. The towels were a fabulous size but weren't laundered well (odd oily smell on them).

Enjoyed Most: Good location on sea-front- close to attractions and restaurants
Other Comments: Remember to request parking on booking- they have 3 spaces in an attached garage. Room very small, but lounge comfortable.
