The Fairmont Tremblant is a modern chateau, built in the style of Canada’s 19th-century castle hotels, with traditional touches of comfort like stone fireplaces, wrought-iron details and warm colors. Having recently undergone a multimillion dollar transformation project, the hotel now boasts vast and unique dining options – making it a new culinary hot-spot in Tremblant.

Guests can peruse generous market cuisine at the buffet-style Le Comptoir Cuisine du Marché, dine on local and traditionally decadent dishes like the duck foie gras at Choux Gras Brasserie Culinaire -- a stylish spot overlooking Tremblant’s pedestrian village -- or take things more casually at Axe Lounge Bar or Ricochet Café & Terrasse which adjoins the hotel’s ski in-ski out access and the landmark pool terrace.

Indoor and outdoor pools, three whirlpools and a newly renovated on-site spa are open year-round. In the summer, the hotel hosts poolside barbecues. In winter, guests appreciate that this is the only ski-in/ski-out property on Mont-Tremblant.

Parc national du Mont-Tremblant, with its six rivers and more than 200 lakes and streams, is a favorite of canoers, hikers, bikers and snowshoers alike. There are five stunning golf courses in the vicinity, and the Fairmont is distinguishing itself among golfers.

The luxe property is also family friendly, with services like babysitting, outdoor activities for kids and teens and a game room.

Staff is outstanding. Buffet breakfast was excellent. We did not use the spa services or restaurants for other meals.

I don’t know If the staff knows if guests are there in a “bargain package” but if they do - we certainly weren’t treated any differently than other guests.

The service was excellent. The robes, very comfortable, and small details such as replenishment of shampoo, etc, bottles - was very nice.

Would have preferred a room with view of resort, but otherwise experience was very good. Also, brochures of various "things to do" were not available (or at least not obvious to me).

The facilities. Children enjoyed the pools a lot. Adults enjoyed sauna and hot baths.
Other Comments
The buffet breakfast is overpriced. For Families it is expensive. We have stayed at other hotels in tremblant and breakfast is always included.
