Enjoyed Most: Sea View
Julie Mar 31, 2016 Poole, United Kingdom
Enjoyed Most: The Food was excellent and the view from my bedroom window, which overlooked the seafront and pier, was great!
Other Comments: There were some issues with the room which were relayed to staff upon leaving the hotel: 1) TV did not work; 2) Bedside lamps did not work; 3) Small portable fridge very noisy, had to switch off; 4) Lastly and most importantly was the wooden surround around the bed which had a 2-4inch wooden design which jutted out from bottom of bed, it was not easy to see and by the time I left I had severely hurt both legs, which caused huge egg shaped lumps on either leg (outside of leg, between knee and thigh), tenderness and severe bruising. I told the reception I was happy to show her the areas on my legs to prove the problem and how dangerous these corners were and that maybe they could put brightly coloured tassle's on them so it didn't happen to anyone else. My bruises are still visible as I write this on 29/03/2016.
