One of the closest hotels to the airport and just a block from a Metro station, the Westin Crystal City is a smooth link between exiting the plane and arriving in downtown Washington, D.C. A mile from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service every half hour 5am -11pm. The Crystal City Metro station is footsteps away, and connects to the Yellow and Blue lines.
Four train stops take guests to the Smithsonian Metro station near the museums and galleries, and downtown Washington, D.C., is just three additional stops away. The Pentagon is one mile to the north, and offers guided tours -- though secrets aren’t divulged easily: access must be secured 14-90 days in advance.
Crystal City is on Arlington's border, 10 minutes by car from D.C. The hotel is also a 10-minute walk from the Crystal City underground mall, filled with 200 shops. The hotel brews free coffee from 7am - 10am, and a free Wi-Fi signal covers the whole property. Charged up on caffeine and data, guests can hit the running trails that stretch along this side of the Potomac River.
