Enjoyed Most: Overall very clean and friendly. I would come back again
Other Comments: Could hear the elevator button from the room No robes to wear to the spa and could not take towels or robes from the spa. When staying in the hotel and booking a package of hotel and spa together, I would have liked to wear a robe back after visiting the spa. Having the restaurant open until 11 would have been nice as well

Enjoyed Most: Loved the peace and quiet and our Room overlooking the Harbour.
Other Comments: Only thing I did not realize is that you have to book the Aquapath ahead of time. As a result I did not get to experience this as it was booked up.

Enjoyed Most: We were looking for place to just relax and take things easy and Living Water Resort was perfect. We had a great experience from lunch in the Grill overlooking the water to the spa. We would definitely do it again.

Other Comments: Looks like a nice restaurant but didn't have time to go.

Enjoyed Most: The Aqua Path was very relaxing at the Living Shore Spa and the Living Water rooftop was a peaceful green space to watch the sun set over the bay.
Other Comments: We had some issues upon arrival in our room with housekeeping, however the staff was quick to rectify the issue. There was also the noise from outdoor construction starting first thing in the morning, but again after talking with the front staff they were very accommodating and moved us to another wing of the resort.

Enjoyed Most: The Aquapath spa included with our package was lovely.
Other Comments: Very nice facility and we were happy with our stay

Enjoyed Most: Restaurants and spa
Other Comments: We were given a room over the delivery bay which started making noise just after 8 am. You should tell people to contact spa days before coming in order to have a choice for treatments, especially when staying only 1 or 2 nights.

Enjoyed Most: Our experience at the resort was great. We enjoyed the service from front staff and the restaurants both at the resort and at the Cranberry Resort.
Other Comments: The room had way too many lights that prevented us from getting a good nights sleep. For example the thermostat illuminates the room even when it dims a little. The light from the adjoining room and hallway all deep into the room, making it difficult to sleep. We had to put a towel on the thermastat to reduce the effect of the light in the room.

Enjoyed Most: Bedroom was clean and tidy, customer services are amazing
Other Comments: Missing hair dryer and door knob on the closet door
JEFFREY WAI TO Nov 21, 2015 MARKHAM, ON, Canada
Enjoyed Most: Agua restaurant had fantastic food. Kudos to the chef!
Other Comments: The resort was in construction and the noise at times was unpleasant. The rooms had kitchenettes with coffee packages for the guests and only 1 cup in the room. The swimming pool was out of order. No cafe nor breakfast to be purchased in the building. If you wanted breakfast or lunch you would need to cross the parking lot and the street to their other building. Agua restaurant (food excellent) was situated close to the entrance of the building and no buffer from the noise of the check-in or out. You are trying to have an intimate dinner and all you hear is trolleys going back and forth and the front reception. Basically, there is no buffer..
