Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel
Why We Love This Hotel
- High rise hotel in the heart of Shibuya district located steps away from Hachiko Statue
- The health club, indoor pool and sauna -- not to mention on-site theater -- provide guests plenty of options for a reprieve from the bustling city below
- Sophisticated rooms, most with sweeping views of the city skyline
- Five restaurants and bars on the property serve cuisines ranging from French to Japanese
From its central location in the Shibuya district, the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel affords guests sweeping views of the city, as well as a host of restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment venues all housed on the property.
Both Japanese and western style rooms are available. Common amenities like coffee, tea and mini-fridges come standard, along with free Wi-Fi. Plus, guests receive a handy device providing internet access everywhere in Tokyo (Fodor's). For the best vantage, however, we recommend reserving a room on one of the executive levels.
The Cerulean's draw is all about the breadth of activities on site and its proximity to popular attractions around downtown Tokyo. Guests should consider catching a show at the in-house performing arts center, or taking a dip in one of two available pools (both indoor and outdoor) before relaxing in the hotel sauna. Alternatively, take a brief stroll over to Hachiko Statue.
