Hampton Inn and Suites Raleigh/Cary-I-40 is in the city’s historic district, 2 miles from the PNC Arena (previously known as the RBC Center), home to the Carolina Hurricanes. Sports fans can also catch games at North Carolina State University, or tee off at Lochmere Golf Club. For those who prefer to bench-press shopping bags, Crabtree Valley Mall and Cary Towne Center are also nearby.
