Situated in the heart of the downtown New Orleans' Warehouse District, known for its vibrant art scene, this hotel was among the 26 most anticipated hotel openings in 2015 according to Forbes Travel Guide. Head over to nearby Camp Street and stroll through dozens of art galleries and museums, including the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the Contemporary Arts Center. The French Quarter is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Brick walls, high ceilings and exposed pipes give the hotel a loft-like aesthetic and are a nod to its historical roots as a former coffee warehouse. Pillow menus and curated Spotify playlists are a couple of the unique amenities that set this hotel apart. Guest rooms also come with free Wi-Fi. You would be hard-pressed to find a more pet-friendly hotel. Amenities for your four-legged family members include pet room service, dog walkers and even pet psychics (it is New Orleans, after all).

Top Chef fan favorite Nina Compton is generating much buzz around her first restaurant, located on site. The menu features cuisine that combines Compton’s Caribbean roots with French and Italian elements.

Make the most of your stay in New Orleans with these great deals on spas, activities and car rentals.

Enjoyed Most: Hospitality and charm as well as the quaintness in quality of the experience
Lindell Oct 01, 2016 Maryland Heights, MO, United States
Enjoyed Most: The bed and pillows, spa toiletries, TV channels, the quiet, the staff was very helpful.
Other Comments: Restaurant was not open for breakfast (coffee bar was extremely expensive and we did not receive our 10% discount coupon). Room key did not always work. Valet parking was more expensive than advertised.

Enjoyed Most: Very cool decor, friendly/helpful staff, great coffee bar
Other Comments: The Lafayette wing of the hotel (where we stayed) could use some love. It was fairly eery, especially in the elevator landing on the main floor. The hallways were a little creepy too (including the carpet). We also expected valet service to be included in the price of booking. We were surprised to see such a high price upon arrival.

Enjoyed Most: The price and location are the best. Very modern, very artsy, very right for the district.
Other Comments: Coffee pot in room or coffee at the front desk would have been hospitable. Bottles of water should be complimentary. Why fill the refrigerator to the max. No room for personal itemd

Other Comments: When we woke the first morning there was no water. No washing no brushing teeth no bathroom flushing no coffee at the coffee shop where the 10.00 voucher that came with the travel zoo booking could be used. Bad timing for us I guess
