Overall, we like to stay at this Inn. But we did have unpleasant experience about missing pillow. They called me back a day later saying we accidentally took a pillow home and charge us $30.00. After I checked with my friends, they all told me they did not. Not sure where went wrong? We had a few times of conversation, we have to take the loss if the they charged us. We have no proof and it became a mystery??? Next time we have to take pic before we move out to avoid the argument. conclusion is : Finally they said they won’t charge this time. They said they will start charging if the item is missing inside the room in the future.

The rooms had been newly renovated and were comfortable. The water pressure was great, and the restaurant had some tasty choices. Very nice location near shopping and the lake! Price was perfect!

Like the remodeled rooms. However, disappointed no breakfast options available and no housekeeping services at all. Very limited on coffee options.

Nice place. Convenient location. Pet fee for two dogs = $50 x2 or $100 per night! …which was almost as much as the entire room voucher cost. Need to have more reasonable pet fees
