We did not receive our $30/day restaurant credit promised by Travelzoo. We called and they agreed they did not credit us, and we were told they would credit our credit card on file with the $60…but they have not done it.
Other Comments
I would not recommend using Travelzoo to book this hotel as they did not honor the food credit perk.

Check in was quick, easy and enjoyable with champagne! Room was large with an outdoor patio and lake view. Location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived, we were able to check-in with the front desk and receive assistance with our bags. My room was on the first floor, overlooking the lake, but I was uncomfortable with being on the ground floor. I spoke to the manager to see if they could move me to a higher floor and he was understanding and able to move me to a stunning room on the second floor. The staff were accommodating and it was a great location to see the natural beauty of the area, as well as getting to restaurants and shops. 5/5

Everything was pretty much fantastic. The only thing that wasn't was that they charge a hefty ($65) "Resort Fee," while there is nothing to use at the resort in the winter. Plus they charge a "Transaction Fee" when you use a credit card. Yikes!
