We had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredible, so thoughtful and helpful! True hospitality! Be sure to get valet parking because street parking is very limited.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and had a very comfortable stay. Bed is super comfortable and although bathroom could use a little upgrading, would definitely recommend Normandy Hotel and would happily stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly. When we got there, we were alerted that the elevator was acting "spotty" and sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. They kindly offered us a room on the first floor so we wouldn't have to worry about that, but the room was by the kitchen on one side, and the courtyard on the other, and we didn't realize at the time how noisy that would be. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but were awakened a couple of times by noise.
