Children and additional guests: Children up to the age of 16 stay free of charge when sharing parents’ room and using existing bedding (on request). Cot/crib available on request, free of charge for children up to the age of 3 (based on availability at time of check-in). Pets: Pets (up to 20lbs max) are allowed on request and will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.

Enjoyed Most: Great location
Other Comments: Great location, courteous staff. Timely valet in getting our car in and out. $40 per day to park not included in the package. Music at the pool is exceptionally loud and non-stop.

Other Comments: Drinks at hotel bar are outrageously priced. Would like to be able to swim in the pool at night.

Enjoyed Most: We enjoyed relaxing around their very comfortable and attractive pool area. We loved being able to get up in the morning and go for a run on the walkway between the hotels and the beach. It is a very cool hotel in the best location.

Enjoyed Most: Our group booked a total of 7 rooms. Of the 7 rooms, 4 of the rooms were booked as Ocean Front King rooms. The pictures shown on your website as well as the description included a balcony. When we arrived at the hotel, only 1 of of the 4 balcony rooms were provided. The remaining 3 did not receive the balcony. All 4 of us were charged the exact same room rates. When I showed this information to the desk, they said they could not accommodate our reservation because there were no available balcony rooms. At that point, I called TravelZoo directly and was told I did not book this room and there was nothing I could do. In the end, our stay was a great time and the staff was great. However, I do not feel like I paid for what I was provided and would like a partial refund for the room we booked but did not receive. I selected that I enjoyed the stay because it is truly a great hotel. Please let me know what other information you need from me to process our partial refund.

Enjoyed Most: The room had an amazing view and dinner at the sasperilla club was the best food we had eaten in our 2 week holiday
Other Comments: Great hotel and good location. I was disappointed that the bistro had changed its menu last year we enjoyed hot sandwiches and crepes these are sadly no longer on the menu.
