My main complaint...no microwaves in the room and the toilets were like sitting on the low ones we used to have in elementary school !!!! The GOOD stuff...INCREDIBLE view(s) and lots of snack items in the lobby !!

We enjoyed our stay at Orchards Inn. The hotel has a beautiful view of the red rock formations. There is no spa or pool at this hotel, but we weren't at our hotel for most of the day --we were hiking. If you wanted to do a spa day you could get a discount at their sister resort for $80 for a day pass. We found the room to be excellent, especially the bathroom. It had double sinks, plenty of space to put toiletries and storage under the sinks, and the toilet and shower were in a separate room which made getting ready for the day faster for us two women. The beds were comfortable and the climate control in the room cooled the room down quickly when we needed it. Speaking of the view, they have a wicker bistro set outside each room for relaxing with a drink and a view. Although they provide Red Rock passes, they only give them out daily and you have to ask for it at the front desk. They did give me a pass the night before when I told them we wanted to leave extra early in the morning before the front desk was staffed. They had plenty of snacks and coffee in the lobby area to start your day off. The restaurant in front of the Inn (89 Agave) is awesome! We did not know we could order breakfast ahead of time and have it delivered to our room! We would have eaten there almost every morning had we known that. They had a lot of great breakfast choices. We ate there on our last morning and the service was excellent and food was delicious. We were sad to leave the Orchards Inn and I would go back again. It is in an excellent location. You are right in the middle of the Sedona town shopping and close to the "Y" so you can get to West Sedona or South Sedona very quickly. Loved loved loved our experience there.

It would be nice to note that TravelZoo offer is for the 1st floor where you will need to carry your luggage downstairs. There is no elevator. We managed. We loved that there was a water bottle filler on our way out up the stairs from the elevator. I wish the front desk would have told us more about these little amentitiees---especially the 89 agave delivery of food each morning. When we checked in I had to ask about everything from the Red Rock passes to the spa day passes. These are things people need to know and makes their stay so much more enjoyable and pleasant. I didn't get my red rock pass the first morning and had to pay. I thought the passes were for a week and would be in our room but they weren't.

Loved this hotel, great views but did need some updating, Melena from The front desk told me that they’re going to update starting in November. The view from your room so make up for everything. There is a refrigerator and a K cup coffee pot. They also give you reusable water bottles that are very nice and in the hotel lobby they have snacks for morning till evening, coffee machine that makes all kinds of different coffees and hot chocolate that we loved. I just want to put a shout out for Melena That worked at the front desk, very helpful and friendly with a beautiful smile. The hotel is a great choice for The price, my husband and I loved it.

We were travelling with our almost 17 year old chihuahua mix and requested a pet friendly room. We were in Room 413 on street level at the opposite end of the property from Registration. It was a great room with no neighbors except on one side so we had outside windows on the other wall. The balcony was quite large and the view spectacular. This junior king suite is quite sizeable with a fantastic bed, fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of different types of furniture to sit on. The closet is larger than most hotel rooms. We were able to park right outside our room. There are a number of restaurants a short walk away and 89 Agave is right on site. Highly recommend breakfast at 89 Agave. It is pet friendly with 3 patios. The property is centrally located and you can walk, shop, eat, and drink within minutes from leaving your room and there are many pet friendly restaurants nearby without having to get in your car and drive somewhere. The reason for rating the Room Quality as Very Good and not Excellent is because part of the carpet where it joined the tile was frayed and the bathroom fixtures needed some work. Note: This property has 3 stories with no elevator so be prepared for staircases unless you get a room on the street level.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the gorgeous Sedona red mountains. The location of the hotel is right near the Pink Jeep tour loading , so we just walked over for that adventure. Also the hotel is affiliated with 89 Agave, a great Mexican restaurant and we were given a coupon for 2 free drinks and a buy one get one free breakfast. The hotel is also within walking distance of lots of shops and other restaurants and a Starbucks. Perfect location for all the fun!

First time to Sedona. Excellent location. Hotel is older, but was told by staff that they will be doing major upgrades, including adding pool, hot tub, and pool bar. Completion 2026. If we ever go back to Sedona, we will definitely stay here.
