Location. Hot water.

The fridge was not cold. No air on when entered. I added third person but no extra towel or anything for price increase. Coffee expired by a month. Lighting not effective. No view . Staff had no apkins or paper plates when asked and seemed uninterested to help.

I was tired after driving in from Ottawa, having a house guest before that, and from a long walk to a cafe at the stadium, so some peace and quiet was exactly what I needed. I liked having free parking and I liked the restaurant, which I used for both dinner and breakfast. I used the coupon for breakfast and that was good. Overall, a good experience.

In major need of renovation and updating. We booked because it was advertised as rooms newly updated. I think some rooms are but not all. The staff did offer an upgrade for a charge to a better and bigger room at check in.

The hotel is in the process of renovating and updating - while it is a little outdated, it is very clean and the staff were excellent. Between being across the street from the Biodome/Planetarium (and having free parking for hotel guests) and the incredible deal the hotel offers on tickets to the Biodome/Planetarium, the value for the hotel could not be beat. The indoor pool was small but certainly fun for kids. For a quick trip to see the Biodome this was a great little holiday deal.

Our room was exceptionally clean and obviously recently renovated in pleasing decor. I liked that the duvets had white covers so I knew they had been changed with every guest staying, no dirty flowered coverlets here! The beds were also memory foam so quite comfortable. We had an extra pillow and two housecoats in our wardrobe, however the person we were travelling with did not have either. There is a Keuring coffee maker and supplies in the room and plenty of fresh towels, The sink area is separated from the toilet and bath which is nice however by a very nice looking but not very private sliding frosted glass door no lock and not sound proof. The rooms are not huge but adequate. There is a small pool wihGreat location in sight ofand in walking distance of the Biodome, Insectarium and Botanical Gardens, a short drive to old Montreal and the Science Museum or downtown. Free parking included that has underground space. There is a small heated pool indoors, a sauna and gym which were ok.

This is a smoke free hotel however when we were there is was raining so everyone smoked in front of the door. The smoke and the cold air everytime the door opened travelled up the lobby which opened up to the fourth floor that we were on, not so nice. The only restuarant is expensive and there are no adjacent restaurants or coffee shops. Coffee and some muffins in the lobby would be nice as Keurig coffee and no tea in the room just doesn't work in the morning for me. Overall however the hotel was worth every penny we paid for it. Staff was extremely pleasant.

it was close to the Biodome. This hotel was also under construction. Staff was friendly.

We did have small issues with cleanliness of the room. Empty cigarette pack was found by my son, and socks were found under a table, our Kerig that was in the hotel room wasn't cleaned either. We requested a crib for our baby girl. It came up in a bag that was filthy and it was a playpen, not a crib. We had our own playpen and opted to use that instead. We had a newly renovated room with had a sliding door for the bathroom to the toilet and shower area. It left a wide gap beside the toilet which gave you no privacy. The sink and tap looked cool by design, but completely useless. Splashes everywhere and accumulates puddles outside around the sink.
