The hotel staff were very helpful and attended to our every need while at the Cosmopolitan. The room was luxurious and perfect for a weekend getaway. The spa at the hotel was excellent except for one issue. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Other Comments
One thing that I did not care for was that we were expected to pay a gratuity for our spa services BEFORE the treatment. Typically, a gratuity is paid after a given service is performed. For example, I tend to give a hefty tip if the service goes above and beyond. However, the receptionist that checked us in, said I would need to pay for the gratuity up-front and, while she didn't force my hand, I felt pressured to use their suggested 20% amount. While I enjoyed the spa services very much, I would probably choose to go to a different spa next time because of the experience.

check-in line is always way too long; it's a definite deterrent when traveling far, exhausted, then have to wait close to 1 hour just to check in
