Overview

Silverado Resort and Spa is a sprawling resort in Napa County that's so big it's recognized as a place in the U.S. census. One hour north of San Francisco, this resort has a range of activities and ways to unwind.

Guest rooms are found in four separate "neighborhoods" and range in choice from traditional rooms to spacious Three-Bedroom Suites with full kitchens and fireplaces. The resort has 10 swimming pools — including a large main pool, where cabanas are available for rent for an extra fee. Snacks, local wines, craft beers and more can be found at the Silverado Market and Bakery. Other features include a full golf course plus bocce and tennis courts. 

Many popular wineries are in the area and offer tours. Or kick back at the resort in the full-service spa, where a range of aesthetic and therapeutic services are available.

Do to covid staff is scarce... we waited in the empty lobby for 10 minutes no one at the bar knew it at the concierge‘s note the front desk no one around at all?

Golf was great, even in inclimate weather and a tournament going on.

The Grill's prices seemed a little too high, because it was too cold to eat outside and enjoy the ambiance,,,so taking back to room was the only true option

I booked through Travelzoo and was promised a bottle of wine worth $30. The bottle I got was $17. That was disappointing. The room was nice and clean. great location.
