Why We Love This Hotel
- Intimate oceanfront hotel of 30 suites
- Every room has an ocean view and an outdoor patio or terrace
- Three on-site restaurants and a pool bar
- Next door to Kukulcan shopping plaza and short walk to La Isla Centre mall
Private and peaceful, the Casa Turquesa’s rooms and grounds are designed to resemble a Mediterranean mansion. An all-white palazzo-style exterior houses just 30 luxury suites, each individually decorated with ocean views and balconies or terraces. Most rooms have private outdoor Jacuzzis for soaking under the stars. The hotel’s trademark is the collection of paintings, murals and bronze sculptures located throughout the property and also in a small area called the gallery.
For a small property, the hotel is rich in niceties. There’s a large outdoor pool in the same turquoise hue as the ocean just beyond, three restaurants and a full-service spa. There’s also a library, an outdoor tennis court and separate cocktail lounge.
Guests looking to venture beyond this cocoon of comfort can walk next door to the upscale Kukulcan shopping plaza filled with stores and restaurants, or walk 10 minutes to the outdoor mall at La Isla Shopping Village.
