In the centre of the city, Hotel Ariston is a 5-minute Metro ride away from Rome's main historical attractions including the Colosseum and the Baths of Diocletian, the largest of the public baths, built between 298 and 306 AD. The Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, the Villa Borghese garden and Via Veneto, Rome’s equivalent to Fifth Avenue, are all reachable on foot.
Whether you're coming from another country or another Italian city, getting to Hotel Ariston is relatively easy thanks to its proximity (a 3-minute walk) to Roma Termini, Rome's main train station. The Leonardo Express train takes about 30 minutes from Fiumicino airport.
An American-style buffet breakfast is served from 6:45-10:30am, with a wide selection of fruits, juices, cereals, eggs, bacon, breads and pastries. The on-site 24-hour T-Twenty Bar is a convenient place for a nightcap. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests in the lobby. There is a fitness centre on the seventh floor (open 9am-9pm).
